No, rates are consistent throughout the week.
Yes. Cleaning fees are $175 for condos/villas and $200 for houses. A pet fee of $150 applies where pets are allowed, and a pool heat fee of $110/week applies to properties with a pool. A local tourist tax of 12% (Charlotte County) or 13% (Sarasota County) also applies, and HOA application fees vary by property.
A 25% deposit is required within 30 days of signing the rental contract.
Full payment is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within that 60-day window require full payment upfront.
